CM Yogi Adityanath visits four-day Corona Tika festival center in Lucknow

Lucknow l Even in the midst of a rapidly growing second wave of global pandemic corona virus infection, the Center and the Uttar Pradesh government have started a major campaign of corona vaccination for more and more people from today. It is the effort of Yogi Adityanath government that every citizen of the state should get the benefit of this four day long vaccine festival. Free corona vaccination of people above 45 years of age is being done across the state in the four-day Teeka Utsav.
Tika Utsav has been started from today at six thousand centers in 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. In Lucknow, CM Yogi Adityanath has visited various centers and inspected the vaccination campaign. He oversaw the Teeka Utsav for a long time at the Shakti Bhawan Center in Lucknow. During this, he said that Kovid vaccination work is going on fast in the state.
So far more than 85 lakh people of different age groups have been vaccinated in the state. A large number of people will also be vaccinated in this four-day campaign. On the occasion of Tika Utsav, a campaign of Kovid vaccination is being conducted at six thousand centers in the state today. He said that more and more people get vaccinated during the birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jayanti and Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the creator of the Constitution.
During this four-day campaign, Governor Anandiben and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are also scheduled to interact with some dignitaries. During these four days, Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also interact online with the people’s representatives, enlightened people and religious leaders among others.
The Governor and the Chief Minister will communicate with the Chairman, Vice President and Councilors of Municipal Corporations and Municipalities at 5 pm on April 12 and online at 5 pm on April 13 from the religious leaders of different districts. Six to 10 religious leaders will be invited for talks in all districts. For this, DM will coordinate with NIC and arrange to organize this special dialogue program in NIC conference room in the districts.
This Teeka festival will be celebrated on Sunday from the birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti on April 14. A directive has been issued by the Chief Secretary of the state, RK Tiwari, to all the district magistrates to conduct the vaccination campaign in a timely and appropriate manner. Everyone has been asked to get more and more vaccinations of common citizens.
Health workers were trained on Saturday for this special campaign. A target has been set to vaccinate about 25 lakh people across 45 crosses at six thousand vaccination centers. Health workers were trained on Saturday for the Teeka Utsav. Because of this, vaccinations were not conducted at community health centers, primary health centers and health and wellness centers. Immunization was done only in medical colleges and district hospitals.
