A shocking case has come to light from Bhojipura area of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Where a man named Nawab Shah, a resident of Jadonpur village, got married for the fourth time to a girl from Bihar by claiming himself to be a bachelor, whereas he already has three wives and ten children. When the bride came to know this truth, she was shocked.
Actually, Nawab Shah was acquainted with a young man named Naurej, a resident of Purnia district of Bihar. Naurej currently lives in Sakhanu town of Badaun. Nawab Shah lied to her that he is still a bachelor and wants to get married. On this, Naurej called the girl’s mother and uncle from his village to Bareilly. Nawab Shah told the girl’s family that he has a 265-yard plot in Rampur Road, Bareilly and a 584-yard pond in Baheri. He said that he does fish farming and is preparing to open a plastic factory on the pond land.
When the truth came out, he was thrown out of the house
In this way, the girl’s family got them married on 22 December 2024, falling prey to false documents and greedy talks. Gold jewelry and other valuables were also given in the wedding. After the marriage, when the girl reached her in-laws’ house, she came to know that Nawab Shah already has three wives. The first wife lives in Jadonpur with five children, the second wife lives in Partapur (Izzatnagar) in Bareilly with four children and the third wife lives in Amla with one child. When the bride protested after knowing the truth, Nawab Shah snatched her jewelry and threw her out of the house.
Tried to silence her by giving threats
When the bride protested and talked about bringing out the truth, Nawab Shah threatened her. He said that if she took any action, he would implicate her in a false case or kill her. Despite fear, the girl gathered courage and complained to Bhojipura police station, but the police did not register a report. When the report was not registered in the police station, the victim met ADG Ramit Sharma and told him the whole matter. The ADG immediately instructed the Bhojipura police station in-charge to investigate and register a case. After this, a report has been filed against Nawab Shah under sections of fraud, threat and other sections.
