In the famous Saurabh murder case of Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, the police has presented a 1000-page charge sheet in the court. This charge sheet will be tabled on Wednesday. After this, the trial of the case will begin. With this, the murderer wife Muskan and her lover Sahil, who were constantly trying to get bail, have got a big shock. The police claim that so much evidence has been given in this charge sheet that it is difficult for both of them to get bail.
The charge sheet of this incident reached the CO office from the police station on Monday itself, while the CO sent it to the court on Tuesday after examining the charge sheet. This charge sheet will be tabled on Wednesday. According to the police, in this 1000-page charge sheet, enough evidence has been given to get severe punishment to the murderer Muskan and her lover Sahil. Apart from this, strong testimony has also been presented in the charge sheet.
Now bail is difficult
Let us tell you that for some days Sahil and Muskan were trying every possible way to get bail. The police was afraid that if there was a delay in presenting the charge sheet, they would get bail. In such a situation, the police has presented the charge sheet in the court before hearing their bail application. According to the police, now the court will consider the charge sheet before considering their bail application. In such a situation, after seeing the evidence and testimony presented, it is difficult for them to get bail.
What is special in the charge sheet?
According to the Brahmapuri police station, the charge sheet is very strong. So much evidence has been given in it that now it is difficult for the murderers Muskan and Sahil to escape. According to the police, the charge sheet includes Sahil and Muskan’s call details, their mobile location at the time of the incident, crime scene recreation report, recovery of the dead body on their indication and Panchnama etc. Apart from this, many other forensic evidences like samples of blood in the bathroom of the house etc. have also been included, apart from the knife used in the crime.

Muskan, who lives in Indiranagar in Brahmapuri, Meerut, along with her lover Sahil, killed her husband Saurabh. Both of them cut Sahil into 15 pieces and deposited them in a blue drum with cement. This incident is of 3rd March 2025. After the incident, Muskaan and Sahil went to Shimla for a trip. It is being told that both of them got married in Shimla and also celebrated their honeymoon night. After returning from there on 17th March, the matter was revealed. After this, the police arrested both of them and sent them to jail.
