New Delhi. The cold, fog and cold wave continues in North India. The weather is changing every day. Visibility is being recorded less frequently due to dense fog. It is also affecting trains and flights. Even today, due to dense fog, low visibility has been registered in the country. 17 trains are running late on 28 January (today) due to fog and other reasons. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has also issued rain warnings in many states of the country. It also includes Jharkhand. On the other hand, snowfall in the hilly areas continues to cause cold wave in the plains. Normal temperatures are also being recorded in most states.

On January 28 and 29, the Meteorological Department has forecast rain in many districts including Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. According to the meteorological forecast, there is a possibility of rain in the central and northwestern parts of the state with 28 being partly cloudy.
