Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that cow dung and parali will be used in the state and this will produce CNG and bio-fertilizers. Chief Minister Chauhan said during a meeting with officials of Bharat Biogas Energy Limited, Anand Gujarat at his residence on Sunday that both cow dung and straw are very useful and using them for production of bio CNG and organic solids and liquid fertilizers in Madhya Pradesh It is being planned. In the first phase, Salaria Go-Sanctuary and Kamadhenu Raisen have been selected for this. Here, the project will be made through Bharat Biogas Energy Ltd.
Citing the example of Gujarat, Chauhan said that both of them are successfully working in our neighboring state of Gujarat. Madhya Pradesh will also work rapidly in the field of production of CNG and bio-fertilizers from cow dung and parali.
Bharat Biogas chairman Bharat Patel said that Bharat Biogas will complete bio-CNG and bio-solid and liquid fertilizer plans at both these locations, which will run for three to five years.
In the project presentation, Patel said that about 3000 kilograms of bio CNG will be produced daily at the Salaria Go-Sanctuary from 70 metric tons of raw material, which includes cow dung, straw, grass and rural waste. With this, about 25 metric tons of solid organic fertilizer and about 7000 liters of liquid organic fertilizer will be produced every day. Along with this, plantation, bamboo planting, dragon fruit plantation etc. of various species will also be done there.
Patel informed that a model plant is being planned to be set up in Raisen to produce biogas and fertilizers using a mixture of straw and dung. In this plant, there is a plan to manufacture 400 kilograms of bio CNG, about three metric tons of solid organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer about 1000 liters per day in a mixture of about 10 metric tons of cow dung and straw.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that at present, Salaria Go-Sanctuary has 4000 cow dynasty, while the capacity of Go-Sanctuary is 10000 cow dynasty. In future, the number of bovine will be increased here.
