new Delhi. The domestic futures prices of gold have seen a slight decline on Tuesday morning. On February 5, 2021 futures gold price fell by Rs 44 to Rs 51,380 per 10 grams on Tuesday morning on MCX. Apart from this, the futures price of gold on April 5, 2021 was seen to trade at Rs 51,430 per 10 grams, falling by 0.14 per cent or 74 rupees at this time. At the same time, both the spot and futures prices fell on Tuesday morning in the global market.
On Tuesday morning, domestic futures prices of non-gold silver saw a spurt. On Tuesday, March 5, 2021 futures silver price was seen trading at 0.70 per cent, or Rs 168, at Rs 70,204 per kg on MCX. Apart from this, both the futures and spot prices of silver appeared to be trading almost steady in the global market on Tuesday morning.
Gold globally
Globally, both gold futures and spot prices fell on Tuesday morning. According to Bloomberg, on Tuesday morning the global futures price of gold appeared to be trading at $ 1,942.70 an ounce, down 0.20 percent or $ 3.90 on Comex. In addition, the global spot price of gold was currently trading at $ 1,939.35 an ounce, down 0.18 percent or $ 3.55.
Silver globally
Globally, both silver futures and spot prices have seen a spurt on Tuesday morning. According to Bloomberg, on Tuesday morning, March 2021 futures silver was seen trading at 0.27 per cent, or $ 0.05, at $ 27.41 an ounce on Comex. Apart from this, the global spot price of silver appeared to trade at $ 27.29 an ounce, up 0.22 percent or $ 0.06.
