Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the Centenary Day celebrations of the establishment of Lucknow University on Wednesday through video conference and he will also issue a commemorative postage stamp on the occasion. Lucknow University was established in 1920. This year Lucknow University is completing its 100 years.
A statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office said that Modi would attend the centenary day celebrations on November 25 via video conference. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also issue a commemorative coin on the completion of 100 years of the university. During this time he will also issue a commemorative postage stamp. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandi Ben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also attend the function.
