At the same time, Harsil Sukki, Dharali, Osla Gangad and Jankichatti are raining in Uttarkashi. Weather patterns have started changing in the surrounding areas including Doon. Due to the cold winds, chill has increased in the evening, while the minimum temperature has dropped by more than two degrees Celsius. At the same time, there were clouds in Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. The icy wind has increased the chill in the mountains. Almora and Mukteswar of Kumaon were the coldest in the state. Both cities recorded minimum temperatures of 1.6 and 1.7 degrees Celsius respectively.
The effect of the changing weather in the mountains is also being felt in the plains. The mercury has also dived in the plains. In Udham Singh Nagar, the mercury reached 3.9 degrees Celsius, five degrees Celsius below normal. At Haridwar, it was 5.6 degrees Celsius. Not only this, the mercury in Dehradun and Mussoorie is two to three degrees Celsius below normal. According to the State Meteorological Center, there are chances of rain and snowfall in the hilly areas of the state. There is a possibility of snowfall especially in the higher reaches of Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Dehradun, Tehri, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh.

On Sunday evening, the tehsil headquarters, including the Uttarkashi district headquarters, changed the weather and the sky was cloudy, while snowfall started in the higher reaches including Gomukh. The temperature has also declined due to the change in the weather. The maximum temperature was recorded at 16 ° C and minimum 8 ° C.
