Prayagraj The Allahabad High Court has said that a young man and a girl can live with any person of their choice and choice. Nobody has the right to interfere in their lives. However the Constitution gives every person the right to adopt the religion of his choice. However, religious conversion is being done just for marriage.
The Allahabad High Court held that under the Special Marriage Act, people of two faiths can lead a married life without changing their religion. This law is applicable to all religions. Despite this, people are converting to get married, which is not right. The court has set free the petitioners of different religions to live with anyone anywhere of their choice. This order has been given by Justice JJ Munir on the plea of Pooja alias Zoya and Chavez of Saharanpur.
Yachty Pooja married Chavez without informing the wishes of the family. When the family came to know, he was arrested and put under house arrest. This petition was filed on this. The court had in the last hearing directed the 18-year-old girl to be produced. However, the girl was not introduced by the father.
On this, Allahabad High Court directed SP Saharanpur to present the girl. After the Corona investigation report came, the girl said she wanted to live with her husband. The court has set him free to go on his own.
