new Delhi. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President J.P. Nadda on Sunday congratulated Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on its ‘foundation day’. Shah tweeted, “The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is not just an organization, but a symbol of discipline, patriotism and Indian culture. This Vatri Vriksha, standing on the foundation of nationalism, is self-respecting the youth of the country with their thoughts and values to serve the country selflessly. Inspiring is building his personality and character. ”
He further wrote, “For the last 9 decades every volunteer of the Sangh is committed to make India a world guru and restore its pride. Hearty greetings to all volunteers today on the foundation day of RSS.”
Nadda tweeted, “Heartfelt congratulations to all the countrymen on the foundation day of RSS, the world’s largest volunteer organization, for awakening the ray of usha to serve humanity with his amazing skills while imbibing the core mantra of national service, discipline and self-reliance. ”
The association was founded by Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar on 27 September 1925 at Vijayadashami in Nagpur.
