Jaipur. Dr. Bhupendra Singh, Director General of Police, honored the laborers in the Reserve Police Line of Jaipur city, honoring the cleanliness warriors. On this occasion, the Nirbhaya squad team of women policemen riding on motorcycles was flagged off.
The Director General of Police praised the officers of the Police Commissionerate for organizing a program to honor the cleanliness warriors. He said that in Police Headquarters too, we meet the cleaning staff on Deepawali and New Year. The sweepers continue their work quietly. They do not have great hopes, plans and dreams in their lives, but they consider the work given to them as worship. This is the biggest success of his life. These people are teaching their children even in limited means. They definitely have the desire to do something good in life.
He said that they have also faced different challenges in the Corona era, working with team spirit, it is highly appreciated.
Commissioner of Police Anand Srivastava said that an unprecedented lockdown was imposed during the Corona period and the responsibility of its cradle was taken by the police. Police served the public by policing with a human attitude. Work has also been started for the destitute and homeless people with the help of voluntary organizations and government for their rehabilitation, salvation and welfare. The Nirbhaya team went to girls, pregnant women and old age homes to inquire about the well being of the elderly. The police contributed fully in arranging the last rites.
WZ® Sanitation Warriors have been honored for cleaning the Police Commissionerate, Reserve Police Line, Police Offices and Police Stations. They have done cleanliness by mixing shoulder to shoulder with policemen. Respect for labor is higher than other work.
