The Congress, engaged in cashing in on farmers’ protests against the new agricultural laws, convened a meeting of state party legislators and others on Sunday to ensure a united protest in Haryana ahead of Rahul Gandhi’s October 6 visit. This will be his second North Indian state visit after Rahul’s ‘Tractor Rally’ ends in Punjab.
Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, state unit chief Kumari Selja and in-charge of state affairs Vivek Bansal and others attended the meeting held at the Congress’ war room at 15, GRG Road.
