Lucknow . She was beaten to death after gang-raping a 19-year-old girl from Boolgadhi village in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh. The police cremated him in the dark of night, in the absence of family members, it is known to the whole country. But ADG (Law and Order) of UP Police Prashant Kumar claims that the rape did not happen. ADG Prashant said, “The reason for the death of the doll is the brutal assault on her on September 14. The girl was not raped.”
He said that after the post mortem report of Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi, the report of Forensic Lab in Agra has also confirmed that the girl was not raped or gang raped.
ADG Prashant said that the post-mortem report released did not mention rape. According to the post mortem report, the victim has bruises on her neck and spinal bones are also broken. The victim also had a blood infection and a heart attack. According to the report, the time of death is being told at 6.55 am on 29 September. The report of the victim’s forensic science lab has come in this case. There is no confirmation of his rape.
He said that sperm has not been found in the girl in a report from Agra lab. Some people have tried to present this case incorrectly for the purpose of creating caste tension in the state. In this case, the police saved the environment from deterioration by taking quick and timely action.
He warned that strict action will be taken against those who spoil the atmosphere by giving unnecessary weight to the matter.
Prashant Kumar said, “We are now engaged in legal action to identify such people who have tried to spread caste violence while disturbing the social harmony of the state. They can work without the permission of the accountable administration, Hathras Wanted to throw in the fire of riots. Strict action against such people is certain. ”
ADG Prashant said that in this incident of Hathras, some people have tried to organize an ethnic conflict. After marking them, action will also be taken against them.
The UP government has gone backfoot over the Hathras incident. The matter was discussed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday, after which the state government constituted a three-member committee, which is investigating the matter.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath spoke to the girl’s father through a video call and assured the family of all possible help. A member of the deceased’s family will be given a job as a junior assistant. The family will also be given a house in the city of Hathras with the help of Rs 25 lakh.
