new Delhi. The results of the JEE Main Examination have arrived. The special thing in these results about Delhi is that 510 children studying in Delhi government schools have passed the JEE Main examination. This number was 473 last year and 350 last year. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who is living in isolation due to Corona, has expressed satisfaction over the students’ success. Sisodia said, “I am happy that the hard work of Team Education is paying off. Many of these children have parents such as security guards, pressmen, rickshaws and housekeepers etc.”
On the other hand, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Anil Baijal sent a message to Manish Sisodia and wished him well soon. In response to the Lieutenant Governor’s message, Manish Sisodia thanked the Lieutenant Governor.
Nisarg Chadha of Gujarat got the first place in JEE Main examination. At the second place was Delhi’s Gurkirat Singh. Divyanshu Agarwal of Haryana managed to secure his place at number three.
8.58 lakh students had filled the form for the JEE Main exam ended on 6 September. Out of these, more than 82 percent students have taken the JEE exam. Students who have appeared in JEE Main examinations will not have to wait much for the results. The result of JEE Main examinations was declared on 10 September. After the results are declared, now the JEE Advanced exam will be taken.
After the declaration of the result of JEE Main examination, students will be able to register for JEE Advanced by September 17. The admit card for the JEE Advanced exam will be released on September 20. On the basis of JEE Main results in JEE Advanced, 2.5 lakh students will get an opportunity to take the exam. The JEE Advanced exam will be held on 27 September.
The National Testing Agency has prepared 10 lakh masks and more than 6 thousand liters sanitizer for JEE examination. Sanitizers and masks have been provided free of cost to the students at the examination centers. These are the first major national examinations held during Corona.
