New Delhi: The monsoon session of Parliament may be uproarious this time due to the glut of many issues in the country between the Corona period. If the opposition is ready to siege the government, then the ruling party is also alert. The BJP is engaged in devising a special strategy for the monsoon session. During the Parliament session, the opposition does not want to give the BJP any chance to gain an edge. Soon after the Manasutra session, which will start from 14 September, the party will hold a few meetings and prepare its full-fledged strategy for the possible attacks of the opposition. This information has been given by party sources.
Opposition may attack the government on political developments in some states like Corona, economic crisis, employment, conflict with China, floods in Bihar, Sushant Singh Rajput case, Rajasthan including upcoming assembly elections. The BJP is also discussing possible issues that may arise in the monsoon session. Those party leaders are busy doing full homework on these subjects, who usually speak out loudly in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha on behalf of the BJP. The way the MP Jamyang Sering Namgyal attacked the Congress last year on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, the party may also give a chance to some new faces to attack the opposition in the monsoon session.
A BJP national official and MP said, “We certainly want all the burning issues of the country to be debated in the Parliament. Some new suggestions should come up, which will prove the utility of the Parliament for the people of the country. But, the opposition Instead of creating an uproar on an issue, one has to focus on positive discussion on the subjects, only then the good results of the Parliament meetings can come out. Whatever issues will arise, the BJP will respond with complete preparation. ”
The Congress is also busy preparing for the monsoon session. This is indicated by the new appointments made by party leaders for the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha by the outgoing Congress president Sonia Gandhi before the monsoon session of Parliament. While Sonia Gandhi has appointed senior party leader Jairam Ramesh as Chief Whip in Rajya Sabha, Gaurav Gogoi has been appointed as the Deputy Leader of the Lok Sabha and Ravneet Singh Bittu, MP from Ludhiana. However, as before, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary will continue to be the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Ghulam Nabi Azad in the Rajya Sabha.
The monsoon session of Parliament has been delayed this time due to Corona. Preparations are on to run consecutive sessions from 14 September to 1 October. Due to Corona, monsoon session will be conducted between special arrangements. It is being told that sessions can be conducted in morning and evening shifts. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has also made corona test of all MPs, their staff etc. coming to the Parliament House complex.
