According to the ETimes report, a source said, “Raj Kundra has been summoned by the ED and he will appear before the ED tomorrow at 11 am in the pornography case.” What did Shilpa Shetty’s lawyer say? Shilpa Shetty’s lawyer, while giving a statement, said that the actress and her client are not involved in any such case. He said, “There have been reports in the media that the Enforcement Directorate has raided the house of my client Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra. These reports are not true and are misleading.” As per my instructions, there has been no raid by the Enforcement Directorate on Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra as she has nothing to do with any crime of any nature. However, the case under consideration is an ongoing investigation in relation to Raj Kundra, and he is cooperating in the investigation to bring out the truth. He said, “I would request the electronic and print media to refrain from using the videos, pictures and name of Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra as they have nothing to do with this case.
