A passenger died of a heart attack while running to catch the Intercity Express at the railway station of Mau district of Uttar Pradesh. The information of which was given to the railway administration by the passengers. The train was stopped at Dullapur station after the person suffered a heart attack. After the information, the railway administration immediately called 108 ambulance and sent the person to the health center. The doctors declared the person dead. The deceased person worked in sales marketing and was coming from Mau district. When he reached the station, the train was about to leave the station, after which he ran to the last bogie of the train and after that his health deteriorated.
As soon as the Intercity Express going from Gorakhpur to Varanasi stopped at the platform at 2:44 pm at Dullapur railway station, there was a stir among the passengers of the last bogie of the train. Some passengers left the bogie and started boarding the other bogie, while some people started looking at the dead passenger. On receiving the information, the guard and Dullapur station master informed the control about it. After which 108 ambulance was called, after which the body of the passenger was taken down and taken to the community health center. Where the doctors declared him dead.
Chaos after the death of the person
During this time the Intercity Express left for Varanasi with a delay of about 35 minutes. On the basis of Aadhar card, the passenger was identified as Rajesh Kumar Gupta, 52 years, son of Ramesh Chandra Gupta Prahlad Ghat Varanasi Kashi. After identification, the passengers contacted his family and informed them. After the information, there was chaos among the family members of the deceased passenger. Wife Mamta Gupta said how did this happen. He was very healthy and had left for Mau in the morning. The deceased has two sons and was the eldest among four brothers.
Sudden death
However, the Dullahpur railway administration showed promptness as soon as the information of the incident was received and stopped the train at Dullahpur and arranged to send him to the health center for immediate treatment. While the Audhihar railway station administration had received information about the critical condition of this person from the control. The GRP had made arrangements to disembark the train at Audhihar station.
In this regard, Audhihar GRP post in-charge Raj Kapoor Singh said that we have received information about this. We had arranged for an ambulance. It is suspected that the death was due to a heart attack as he ran to catch the train. At present, the cause of death will be clear from the post-mortem report.
