A horrific road accident took place in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. A tourist bus collided with a dumper on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway. Five people died in this accident. The people in the bus were returning from Mathura after performing the Mundan Sanskar. This accident happened near Nasirpur. Six people are also injured in this accident.
The passengers have expressed apprehension that the driver may have dozed off while driving the bus. Due to this, the bus went out of control and met with an accident. As soon as the information about the accident was received, a police team reached the spot. The injured have been admitted to the hospital. SP Rural and CO also reached the spot and inspected the spot.
20 people were on the bus, 5 died
Sandeep, a resident of Mohaddinpur, Lucknow, had gone to Mathura to get his four-year-old son Siddharth’s Mundan done. There were about 20 people in the bus including his family and relatives. This tragic accident happened while returning. Sandeep’s wife Neetu (42), daughter Lavshikha (13), and Naitik (15) son Sajjan died on the spot in the accident. At the same time, 2 other people also died during treatment.

The injured in the accident include Geeta (42), Hrithik (12), Karthik (9), Pranshu (13), Sanjeevan (43), Sushil Kumar (30), Shashi Devi (44), Chamcham (4), Savitri Devi (41), Arohi (1.5), Riya (16), Poonam (29), Phoolmati (40), Sarika (13) and Ruby (29). All the injured are undergoing treatment. After the accident, there was chaos on the expressway. Passersby immediately informed the police and helped the injured. The police have sent the bodies of the deceased for postmortem.

An official said that the cause of the accident will be investigated. It will be investigated whether the driver dozed off while driving the bus or there was some technical fault in the vehicle.
