Mohammad Sarfaraz, who was injured in the encounter, is the accused who shot and killed Roli Mishra’s husband Ram Gopal Mishra. On Thursday, Mohammad Sarfaraz was trying to escape from the Nepal border along with four other violence accused Mohammad Fahin, Mohammad Taleem, Abdul Hameed and Mohammad Afzal. As soon as the information was received, the UP STF team surrounded these five on the Handa Basehari canal near the Nepal border.
