In Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, a man killed his wife by suffocating her with a pillow. But the husband’s relatives say that the wife died due to illness and was buried. Three days after the murder, the 5-year-old son revealed the secret of the murder, after which a complaint was lodged at the local police station. The police say that after the magistrate’s investigation, the body will be taken out of the grave and sent for post-mortem.
According to the information, the deceased Rukhsar was married about 8 years ago to a young man named Shahnawaz. Who is a resident of Pilkhua district Hapur. After marriage, the woman had two children, an elder daughter Alisa aged about 7 years and a son Uzair alias Ballu aged about 5 years. The deceased’s brother Imran has filed a written complaint in the matter and registered a case. In his complaint, he wrote that Shahnawaz used to beat his sister since marriage. She stayed at her maternal home for 8 months and after mutual agreement, she started living with her husband in her in-laws’ house.
5-year-old innocent child revealed the secret of mother’s murder
It is alleged that on the night of 19 August, husband Shahnawaz killed his wife Rukhsar. The in-laws said that she died due to illness, after which the woman was buried in the cemetery. Three days after the woman’s death, her 5-year-old son Uzair alias Ballu told that his mother (Rukhsar) was beaten by his father at night. He sat on her by placing a pillow on her mouth, which caused her death. After which the deceased’s brother lodged a complaint at the local police station.
The police took the husband into custody on the charge of murder
On this matter, ACP Naresh Kumar said that a murder case has been registered at the Mussoorie police station on the 22nd. The complainant told that his sister Rukhsar was murdered by his brother-in-law Shahnawaz. On investigation, it was revealed that after the woman’s death, her body was buried in the cemetery. Now the police will take permission from the concerned magistrate and exhume the body and send it for postmortem. The accused has been taken into custody and is being questioned. Further action will be taken accordingly.
