However, the bank’s chairman Pankaj Agarwal has canceled the recovery order on Tuesday, the fourth day. The reason being told is that the teachers themselves are suffering at this time, in such a situation the order of recovery is not appropriate right now. Letter was sent on 17 August After the order from the High Court Prayagraj in the case of assistant teachers, the Cooperative Bank Secretary and Chief Executive Officer Jagdish Chandra had sent a letter to the bank managers on August 17, in which it was said that loan recovery should be done from the teachers. It was also said that along with recovery from the teachers, no payment should be made until the matter is finalized. Chairman canceled the order Many types of posts were put on social media in this regard, taking cognizance of which Chairman Pankaj Agarwal ordered to cancel the recovery order. After reviewing the new order, it was also directed that the earlier letter should be cancelled immediately instead of complying with it till further orders.
In this regard, the Secretary said that at present the teachers themselves are suffering, so the order for recovery has been put on hold. Whatever decision will be taken by the government in future, work will be done accordingly.
