AP Singh said that this conspiracy was done to defame Bhole Baba, although this conspiracy was to cause even more damage. His side had given an application for this satsang, they had permission. Permission for police, sound, traffic and fire arrangements was also taken. The map of the program was also attached in every permission. After these applications, permission for Manav Mangal Milan Samagam was received from the administration.
Poisonous spray was sprayed
Lawyer Dr. AP Singh claimed that an unknown Scorpio was also seen at the satsang venue. 15-16 people got down from that Scorpio and ran away spraying poisonous/narcotic substance on the people present in the pandal. The unknown people sprayed it by hiding behind a towel and fled from the spot. People kept falling due to the spray. After carrying out the incident, the suspects sat in the Scorpio parked on the road and left. A spray bottle fell down after which they picked it up and ran away. AP Singh claims that the spray that was sprayed causes unconsciousness.
Sprayed while running forward
