A letter from Baba Narayan Sakar Hari alias Bhole Baba, who organised a satsang ceremony in Hathras, has surfaced, in which he has expressed condolences over the incident. It has also come to light that senior Supreme Court lawyer AP Singh will fight his case. Narayan Sarkar Hari has appointed senior Supreme Court advocate AP Singh as his lawyer.
On the other hand, a letter has also been issued by Narayan Sakar Hari alias Bhole Baba, head of Manav Mangal Milan Sadbhavna Samagam. In this, grief has been expressed for the people killed in the stampede in Hathras. Along with this, wishes have been made for the speedy recovery of the injured. It has also been said that senior Supreme Court advocate AP Singh will fight his case. Baba has claimed in the letter that this stampede in the Samagam i.e. satsang was caused by some anti-social mischievous elements. It mentions the incident of July 2 in Phulrai village of Sikandrarao in Hathras.
AP Singh has fought the case of Seema Haider, who entered UP from Nepal via Dubai from Pakistan. After fleeing from Pakistan with four children, Seema Haider had secretly entered Uttar Pradesh from Nepal through the border with Sachin Meena. Then she reached Noida, but gradually the news of the Pakistani girl escaping spread in the entire village. It is the result of AP Singh’s strong advocacy that Sachin Meena and Seema Haider are out of jail and are living a safe life after marriage.
AP Singh said that Baba Narayan Sakar Hari has not run away. He has always been present for his followers. The Supreme Court advocate said, Bhole Baba will come in front of everyone at the right time. He is giving this assurance on his behalf.
According to Narayan Sakar Baba’s advocate, Baba has said in his clarification that he had left the pandal before the stampede. This clarification has come from him 28 hours after the Hathras incident. However, where is he at this time? Has he left UP? When will he come forward and face police and legal action, AP Singh has said to wait on this. However, the FIR registered by the police in the Hathras case does not mention Baba’s name. A case has been registered against the sevadars in it.
