In Agra, Uttar Pradesh, a man changed his name and first trapped a woman and then married her. When there was a dispute after marriage, the wife went to her maternal home with her son. Later the husband remarried. When the first wife came to know about this, she came to meet him along with her son. To get them out of the way, the husband killed both of them and threw their bodies in the canal. Even the police were shocked by this sensational incident.
Police have recovered the body of the deceased woman. The child’s body is being searched. The accused husband has been taken into custody. He is under interrogation. The woman’s body has been sent for post-mortem. The accused had misled the woman and trapped her in his love trap. He married the woman by telling her his wrong name. A case of double murder has been registered.
Had a love marriage three years ago
A husband killed his wife and one and a half year old child in Fatehpur Sikri area of Agra. The accused threw the bodies of both of them in the canal. Police have disclosed the incident. The deceased’s sister Sameeran told that her sister Munni alias Jumatan used to work as a laborer in Bodla Brick Market of Agra. Three years ago, he met accused Omendra alias Aashiq, resident of village Arsena of Sikander police station area. Love grew between them and they got married. While misleading Munni, Omendra had given his name wrong.
The accused had married for the second time
After marriage, disputes started between the two. Tired of the daily fights, Munni went to her parents’ house with her son one and a half years ago. Here, after Munni’s departure, Omendra got married for the second time in the village. Munni came to know about Omendra’s second marriage. He talked to Omendra on phone and asked him to come back to him. Omendra called him. On Monday, Munni reached Tundla railway station in Firozabad district. Omendra received both of them and took them on his bike.
Bodies of wife and son thrown into canal
Omendra told that he was taking Munni and the child to Bharatpur on bike. He wanted to keep them in a rented house there. Munni was insisting on staying with him in the village. There was a fight between the two on this issue. Omendra says that during the fight his child fell from the moving bike due to which he died. Munni created a ruckus due to the death of the child. In anger, Omendra killed Munni by strangulating her with a scarf. He threw the bodies of both of them in the FH canal located in Mandi Gurgu of Fatehpur Sikri area. The police recovered the body of the woman from the canal at the behest of the accused. The child’s body has not been found yet.
