The amazing feats of the police of Lakhimpur Kheri district are not taking the name of stopping. Earlier, the district police had registered a case against an old man who had died four years ago for taking possession of a plot at gunpoint, and now in the case of a fight between two groups over goat grazing, a 4-year-old innocent child was assaulted and rebelled under serious sections. FIR has been registered.
Krishnapal, a resident of Sonthpur village of Kheri police station area, had a dispute with his neighbors over goat grazing. The people of the other group got a case registered against Krishnapal along with his wife, 11-year-old daughter and his 4-year-old son under serious sections like rioting and assault.
As soon as the news of registering an FIR against a 4-year-old innocent child under serious sections like assault and violence went viral on social media, Lakhimpur CO Sandeep Singh took the matter seriously and indicated to remove the child’s name from the case.
CO Sandeep Singh told that the matter has come to the fore. Since when the complaint application comes to the police station, the age of the accused is not mentioned in it. The provider of the application does not give its information. A case has been registered, in which the name of the child is also included. This is a matter of investigation. If the child is not involved in the incident, then his name will be removed from the FIR.
