Court marriage was done two years ago
Farhana (22), daughter of Jamshed Pathan, a resident of Alipur Aterna village in Kotwali area, had eloped with Shahid, a young man from her own village’s fakir fraternity, and had a court marriage in 2021, but Farhana’s relatives were not happy with the love marriage and since then Both were threatening. In this regard, both of them had given the order of security issued by the court to the police after marriage. After marriage, both started living in Muzaffarnagar.
The miscreants shot him in the head and killed him
On June 7, Farhana started living with her husband Shahid at her in-laws’ house. Farhana went to the beauty parlor on Wednesday evening. Farhana was shot in the head by two masked miscreants who were ambushed at the street intersection near the post office when she was returning home from the beauty parlor at around 6 pm. Farhana died on the spot as soon as the bullet hit him. There was a stampede with the echo of the bullet. Meanwhile, after getting the opportunity, both the miscreants fled from there on foot. As soon as the information about Farhana’s murder was received, husband Shahid along with his relatives reached the spot and informed the police about the incident. As soon as the information of honor killing was received, there was a stir in the police.
What did the police say?
CO Vinay Gautam and Inspector Brijesh Kumar Sharma reached the spot along with the police force and sent the body for postmortem after getting information about the incident from Farhana’s husband and local people. CO Vinay Gautam said that on June 8, when he came to know that the lover couple had started living in the village, then on June 8, he himself went to Alipur Aterna village with the inspector and Farhana’s relatives Was bound in bonds. Along with this, instructions were also given that the loving couple should not be disturbed. CO Vinay Gautam said, husband Shahid and brother-in-law accused Farhana’s brothers of murder, but have not given Tahrir yet. At present every point is being investigated. Strict action will be taken against the accused by registering a case on the basis of Tahrir.
