A surprising case has come to light from Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the bus driver, 28 years after the buffalo died in a bus accident. When the police arrived from Bareilly to arrest the bus driver, they were stunned. The driver is 83 years old and started crying and begging after seeing the police.

In this case, the Bareilly Judicial Magistrate has issued an arrest warrant against 83-year-old bus driver Achhan, a resident of Barabanki. Bareilly police reached the old bus driver’s house in Barabanki after taking the warrant. As soon as the warrant was received, the ground slipped under the feet of the old man. Seeing the warrant and the police, the paralyzed old man started crying and begging in front of the policeman. Seeing the condition of the old man, the policemen went away after warning him to appear in the court.
Retired from job for 20 years
Achhan was posted as a bus driver in the UP Transport Department. 20 years have passed since he retired from the job. Now due to being paralyzed in old age, he is unable to walk. After the warrant was issued, Achhan Miyan told crying that in the year 1994, he was going from Lucknow to Bareilly and Faridpur by taking a bus from Kaiserbagh depot. Suddenly a buffalo collided with his bus on the way. By the time the brakes were applied, the accident had happened. The buffalo died in that accident.

He told that a case of accident was registered at Faridpur police station. After that the bus was abandoned. Whether the matter is over or not, nothing could be ascertained. On Monday suddenly policemen came from Faridpur police station and showed the arrest warrant. Elderly Achhan started crying on seeing the warrant. He is paralyzed and remains ill. There is also difficulty in walking. Seeing his condition, the policemen said that he must go to the court and mark his attendance. Otherwise, he will have to be arrested forcefully.
