No time limit has been set to present Atiq to the police who reached Sabarmati with a B warrant in the Umesh Pal murder case. Means the police can present Atiq in the court at the right time by arranging security.
Along with Atiq, the police can also seek custody remand of Ashraf from the court so that information can be obtained from both the brothers about the conspiracy of this murder. There is speculation among lawyers that the police is trying to produce Atiq and Ashraf in the court here on the same day.
