The investment plan has been prepared. The proposal has also been presented before Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra. Now soon the proposal will be placed in the cabinet.
Work will be done closely on basic facilities
In the proposal placed before the Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra, it was told that to make the state a one trillion economy, along with basic facilities, work will have to be done closely on many points. The annual growth rate has to be increased from 30 to 35 percent. GSDP (Grass State Domestic Product) investment will have to be increased from 43 to 47 percent. Along with this, work will have to be done to increase the target of manufacturing sector to 45 percent. According to experts, after focusing on these points, the goal of one trillion economy can be easily achieved. Along with this, emphasis will be laid on reducing imports in the state and focusing on exports. With this, more and more units will be set up in the state and employment will also increase.
Investment policy blueprint prepared
The blueprint of the investment policy has been prepared to woo the investors. In this, emphasis has been laid on infrastructure, manufacturing, service and dividing the new economy into different phases. The infrastructure is divided into two parts, hard and soft. Hard infrastructure includes power and energy along with logistics while soft infrastructure includes regulatory, judicial system, education, health. At the same time, tourism, education and health have been included in the service.
24 lakh bed hospitals will be constructed
Under the soft infrastructure, the Yogi government will have to spend about 2.1 lakh crore between the year 2022 to 2027 for the modern medical system in the entire state. Hospitals of 24 lakh beds will be constructed. About 4.35 lakh doctors and 17 lakh nurses will be recruited while 1092 judges will be appointed in subordinate courts under hard infrastructure. At the same time, 90 new judges will be appointed in the High Court. At the same time, Rs 13 lakh crore will be spent on electricity, Rs 25 lakh crore on roads and Rs 200 crore on the judicial system.
