Saif Ahmed told during interrogation that he is working as Income Tax Inspector in Ghatkopar in Mumbai. While Mahendra is appointed as a teacher in the primary school in Balamau, Hardoi, who is a friend of Saif Ahmed.

Three mobile phones and forged Aadhar cards and other documents have been recovered from their possession. Accused Satyam told during interrogation that in West Champaran, Bihar, he had met Dev, a resident of Ara, Bihar, who is the kingpin of Salwar gang. Through Dev, Satyam met Shivam Sharma, a resident of Phaphamau, Prayagraj.
The exam has been given in place of the second as well.
Through Shivam, he was sitting in place of candidate Pushpendra in the first shift of PET examination. Satyam has admitted to taking the exam in place of another in the past as well. He used to get 25 to 30 thousand rupees per examinee. Before this examination, he has appeared in Group-D and Railway examinations in place of about 15 candidates. He had to give PET exam on Sunday also in place of another candidate. Accused Ankit Maurya had taken Salwar to the examination center and was his assistant. A case has been registered against the three accused in the Kotwali Sadar of Unnao.

In this episode, the team of STF Prayagraj has arrested Prayagraj resident agent Anil Kumar Malhotra along with Siddharth Shankar Dubey, resident of Salwar Bihar, from Gramodaya Inter College, Gaura Badshahpur, Jaunpur.

Accused Anil told during interrogation that he had contacted Chandauli resident candidate Babu Kunwar Bharti through his agent. In place of Babu, Salwar Siddharth Shankar was to take the examination. The team of STF Meerut has caught Robin from near BDS School, Jagriti Vihar. The answer key of the examination to be held in the second shift was recovered from Robin, a resident of Meerut, on matching of which it was found to be forged. Robin was trying to cheat the candidates by claiming this answer key to be genuine.
