Every year there is a litmus test of the administration
The Muharram episode of Sheikhpur has become a headache for the administration. Here is his ordeal. However, till now everything has been going peacefully. For many years, Uday Pratap has been doing Bhandara in Sheikhpur on the same day of Muharram. For six years, the administration is not allowing this, yet people come to the temple built there to offer darshan and offerings on that day.
