Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken very seriously the issue raised by the Minister of State for Jal Shakti, Dinesh Khatik, regarding corruption in the department and neglect of the minister by the officers. CM Yogi listened to each and every thing of Dinesh Khatik, who arrived to meet on Thursday, in a closed room. After this, he also spoke in front of Cabinet Minister Swatantra Dev Singh and Principal Secretary Anil Garg.
Minister of State Dinesh Khatik claims that he has told all the irregularities to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Every allegation has been assured of investigation. The resignation letter sent by him to Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday also went viral on the internet media. He created a ruckus in the politics of the state by making serious allegations like corruption, non-listening of officers and discrimination due to being a Dalit minister.
After this, the discussion of meeting his Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath continued, but on Wednesday he reached Delhi and met the party’s national president JP Nadda and told the whole matter. Probably from there also the matter was intervened, after which Dinesh Khatik reached the Chief Minister’s official residence on Thursday afternoon.
Here he had a private talk with CM Yogi Adityanath for about 20 minutes. During this, while referring to the irregularities, he also said that the officials do not listen to the Ministers of State, due to which a humiliating situation has been created. After a while, Cabinet Minister Swatantradev Singh and Principal Secretary Anil Garg also reached the Chief Minister. Dinesh also said in front of him that the officers do not pick up the phone. When you pick it up, you cut it in the middle.
On this, CM Yogi summoned the principal secretary. Dinesh Khatik said that the Chief Minister has assured to conduct an inquiry on all the allegations. Along with this, directed the Principal Secretary that if any complaint is received, action should be taken by getting it investigated immediately. Many topics were discussed in this conversation. Eventually the Chief Minister rejected his resignation. He will continue as Minister of State.
In conversation with the CM, Dinesh also raised the topic of backwardness of his assembly constituency Hastinapur. After leaving here, he reached his official residence and left for New Delhi around 8 pm.

In fact, Minister of State Dinesh Khatik has made many serious allegations in the resignation letter sent to Governor Anandiben Patel, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda and being the state president, Swatantradev Singh, the cabinet minister of the department. Anil Garg, Principal Secretary, Irrigation Department and AK Singh, who are accused of discriminating and not listening to the minister due to being a Dalit, can be removed.
