Lucknow. Samajwadi Party leader Aparna Bisht Yadav, who joined the party in the presence of veteran leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party, reached Lucknow on Thursday night in New Delhi. Aparna Bisht Yadav, the younger daughter-in-law of Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav, took the blessings of Netaji (Mulayam Singh Yadav) on Friday morning.
Aparna Yadav also tweeted on Friday after taking blessings of Mulayam Singh Yadav. Aparna Yadav, who reached Lucknow after joining BJP, tweeted that after coming to Lucknow after joining Bharatiya Janata Party, took the blessings of father / Netaji.
Earlier, Aparna Bisht Yadav reached Lucknow’s Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport from New Delhi on Thursday night. Where he was warmly welcomed by his supporters along with the workers of Bharatiya Janata Party. Outside the airport, his supporters were ready with drums, and flowers were showered upon his arrival. After this, his supporters danced for a long time on Bhangra and other dances. Aparna was also welcomed at various places on the way home from the airport.
Aparna Bisht Yadav, wife of Prateek Yadav, the founder of Samajwadi Party and younger son of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, was fielded by the Samajwadi Party from the Cantt assembly seat of Lucknow in the 2017 assembly elections. In this, Dr. Rita Bahuguna Joshi of BJP defeated Aparna Yadav. In this election, Mulayam Singh Yadav held a public meeting in support of Aparna Yadav. In the 2017 assembly elections, Mulayam Singh Yadav had held a public meeting only in favor of Aparna Yadav, Shivpal Singh Yadav and Late Parasnath Yadav. Shivpal Singh Yadav contested from Jaswantnagar in Etawah and Paras Nath Yadav from Malhani in Jaunpur. In the 2017 assembly elections, Rita Bahuguna Joshi, who was a cabinet minister in the Yogi Adityanath government, was contested by the BJP in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Prayagraj. After becoming her MP, Samajwadi Party did not give ticket to Aparna Yadav in the by-election for the Cantt seat. The BJP had also won the by-election.
