Ghazipur. Mukhtar Ansari’s wife Afshan Ansari’s Ghazal Hotel located in Mahuabagh of the city is being attached on Wednesday. In this regard, on the orders of District Magistrate MP Singh, this action will be taken under the Gangster Act. At the same time, as per the earlier action, a large number of police forces were deployed on the spot for security reasons. When the policemen arrived to vacate the shops in Ghazal Hotel in Ghazipur, there was an argument with many shopkeepers. During this, the officers of the police and administration kept on explaining and extinguishing the people.
From the district to the entire state, action was going on in the past on behalf of the district administration regarding many illegal properties in the name of Mukhtar Ansari and his wife. In this episode, investigation was done after information about the existence of Ghazal Hotel in the name of Afshan Ansari. In the gangster case, the Gazal Hotel was to be attached. Now in this episode, action is being taken after the initiative of the district administration. In this regard, heavy security arrangements have been made by the police administration at the spot. While the administration is taking legal action by ordering the shopkeepers present in the hotel to vacate the shop on the spot. The Ghazal Hotel of Mau’s Bahubali MLA Mukhtar Ansari’s wife Afsha Ansari and her son Abbas Ansari were attached by the district administration on Wednesday morning. This action was taken under the Gangster Act on the orders of District Magistrate MP Singh. The price of this hotel is around 10 crore 10 lakh rupees. Due to this action of the district administration, there is panic among the concerned.
The action was taken under the leadership of SDM Sadar Anirudh Pratap Singh and CO City Ojaswi Chawla. Although the hotel was on the top floor of the two-storey building. It was demolished by the administration on November 1 last year itself. That action was due to an inaccuracy in the map in the master plan. Then a total of 17 shops in the lower floor of the building were abandoned, but now that the process of attachment of part of the shops also started, there was chaos among the shopkeepers. They were in a hurry to vacate their shops. Some shopkeepers requested the CO City not to vacate the shops and give them a chance to deposit their rent in the state treasury, but the CO City refused saying that they were legally bound. Shopkeepers will have to get permission from DM Court for this. After that, locks were installed in every shop with a sealed seal. By the way, the shopkeepers were already apprehensive about this. The administration had got the rest of the lower floor of the building measured and done several days ago. DM MP Singh ordered his attachment under the Gangster Act on Monday. Only after that the shopkeepers were asked to vacate the shops. Despite this, most of the shopkeepers had not vacated the shops. The shops include shops selling jewellery, clothes, utensils etc.
