Gomukh of Kashi languages: Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah said that for the first time under the Amrit Mahotsav of independence, the city has been outside the capital. This is new beginning. Amrita Mohatsav of Azadi is important. It is time to resolve for future India. It should be resolved that Hindi should have a global form. I love Gujarati language a little more. Local language and Hindi is complementary. It is the responsibility of the Department of Official Language to develop the local language also. Kashi has always been the capital of learning. Kashi is a cultural city. The history of the country cannot be seen separately from Kashi. Kashi is the gomukh of languages. Hindi originated from Kashi. Education took place in Hindi from Kashi in 1868. Kashi started with the advancement of Hindi. The first character started from Kashi itself. Malviya ji worried about studying in Hindi. How can Tulsi Das be forgotten? If Ram Charit Manas had not been written, people of Ramayana would have forgotten today. Many Hindi scholars took the language forward from here. Controversy was created in Hindi language. There will come a time when people will not be able to speak Hindi, then they will feel small. A country that loses its language loses its culture. Hindi is the use of the word alphabet, which means that it can never be eroded. If people make up their mind, then the Maharishi who has given them will be alive. Parents are requested to speak in their own language. The richer the language, the stronger the culture. I am appealing to the youth to take pride in speaking in Hindi.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the first conference after independence is being held here. The medium of expression of God is our mother tongue. It has been 75 years since the first Hindi conference took place outside the capital. Tulsi Das composed Ramcharit Manas which was written in Awadhi language with the inspiration of Shiva. Today Ramcharit Manas will be kept in every house. When we went to the village of Mauritius, I saw that Ramcharit Manas is present in their homes. They worship him even today. He cannot read but he still remembers by hearing. A large period of Hindi is associated with Kashi. Mahatma Gandhi also fought the freedom struggle in Hindi. Grateful for having a conference of Hindi that connects the whole country. Many awards are given for Hindi. Seven years ago there was a lack of self-confidence among the common man. Today, India has become one India, the best India.
