Lucknow. In UP, if the electricity consumers troubled by Corona have not been able to pay the electricity bill for 2-3 months, then their electricity will not be cut now. UP Energy Minister Shrikant Sharma has given clear instructions to all the officers of the Energy Department that their connections should be disconnected first to recover the bills from the old big defaulters. In order not to harass any other consumer for recovering the dues, the Minister has also directed the MDs of the power companies to monitor the recovery drive. He said that MD should do reality check and rectify the flaws.

Will be done. Those consumers whose bills are pending for three months, their connections should not be disconnected, but they should be motivated to submit the bill by knocking at their door. Correct bills should also be made available to everyone on time.
Energy Minister Shrikant Sharma said that in summer, give better facilities to the consumers. Give information about power cut to the village head. He directed that the MDs of all the companies should do a reality check for speedy disposal of complaints so that consumer services can be improved even further. Load balancing of all transformers, proper distribution of power from substation to all feeders should be ensured.
