Presiding officer dies due to heart attack in Gorakhpur: Mohammad Arif Khan, a presiding officer posted at booth number-three in Baghad, the primary school of Sardar Nagar block of Gorakhpur, died of a heart attack. In Hathras, Deorani and Jethani face the electoral battlefield. Ramvir Upadhyay, wife of the powerful minister in the BSP government and former MP Seema Upadhyay, who was the former District Panchayat President twice, has his own brother-in-law Ritu Upadhyay.
