New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said in Parliament that the country is proud of every Sikh. During this, he also described the contribution of Sikhs in the country as a matter of pride. Responding to the motion of thanks on the President’s address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in the Rajya Sabha on Monday that India and all the people here are very proud of the contribution of Sikhs in nation building. During this, he also accused the opposition of trying to mislead Sikhs.
The Prime Minister said that this country is proud of every Sikh. What they have not done for this country. Whatever respect we give them will always be low. During this, he also mentioned Punjab. He said that I have been fortunate to spend significant years of my life in Punjab. During this time, the Prime Minister said that the language used by some people to mislead him will never benefit the country.
PM Modi said that some people are constantly trying to make India unstable, turbulent, we have to know these people. Let us not forget that when Partition happened, Punjab suffered the most, when the 1984 riots caused the maximum tears to flow to Punjab.
