New Delhi. Indian Farmers Union spokesman Rakesh Tikait has given a statement regarding the farmers’ movement. He said that the movement never weakened, our fight continues. On getting emotional at the time of the movement, Rakesh Tikait said that the police wanted to forcibly evacuate the protest site. If the government wants the movement to end under pressure, it will not happen. Talking on TV channel will end the movement, we are adamant on our issues. We do not have any plan to enter Delhi now.
Regarding the Chakka Jam on 6 February, Rakesh Tikait said that Delhi-NCR will have nothing like this. Farmers will close the road at their respective places and submit a memorandum to the administration.
