Dense fog was observed in most of the states of North India including Delhi, Haryana, UP Bihar on 26 January. The snowfall in the hilly areas is directly impacting the plains. This is the reason why the whole of North India is struggling with cold wave.
22 trains are running late
Due to fog, frequent trains and flights are not running on their scheduled time. Even today, visibility is low due to fog, due to which 22 trains are running late. At the moment, there will be no relief from this cold and dense fog. According to the Meteorological Department, it will be cold for 3-4 days.
Delhi Weather
According to the Meteorological Department, the capital Delhiites will have to face more cold for the next two-three days. The minimum temperature in the capital has been predicted to fall to four degrees Celsius. With this, the cold wave will continue here again. Meteorological Department Kuldeep Srivastava said that the maximum temperature is likely to be around 16 degrees Celsius. During this time, dense fog will also remain.
Cold wave and severe cold continues in Uttar Pradesh. This change of weather is due to the arrival of northwest winds. Snow has been frozen in the hills and fog continues to wreak, making the days colder. Just a few days more people will have to face the cold. Today in Meerut, UP, the minimum mercury is expected to be seven degrees and maximum mercury is up to 18 degrees. Fog remains in the morning.
