Lucknow . In the 12 seats of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council, 2 BJP 10 SP candidates were declared elected. All these 12 have been awarded election certificates. The BJP nominated Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma as well as BJP’s state president Swatantradev Singh and retired senior officer Mau, resident Arvind Kumar Sharma, who were very close to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After the nomination papers of Independent Mahesh Chandra Sharma were rejected, the election of both BJP’s ten and SP candidates was decided. The Election Certificate has been given to all by the Legislative Council Secretariat.
BJP Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma, BJP State President Swatantradev Singh, Legislative Council Member Laxman Acharya and BJP State General Secretary Govind Narayan Shukla along with Arvind Kumar Sharma, Salil Vishnoi, Ashwini Tyagi, Surendra Chaudhary, Dharmveer Prajapati and Kunwar Manvendra Singh are now in the Legislative Council. Rajendra Chaudhary, a cabinet minister in the Akhilesh Yadav government along with Opposition Legislative Council Ahmed Hassan, has also been elected to the upper house on behalf of the SP.
