State President Adesh Gupta held a press conference at the state office and said that Delhi Jal Board has become a ‘brokerage water board’ due to the misdeeds of the Kejriwal government in the last 6 years. In just five years, Chief Minister Kejriwal gave a loan of Rs 41,000 crore to Delhi Jal Board, out of which Rs 26,000 crore is not accounted for anywhere.
Adesh Gupta, quoting the Delhi Finance Corporation and CAG report, claimed that Rs 26,000 crore was transferred from Delhi Government accounts to the accounts of Delhi Jal Board in the last five years, but it was accounted for by Kejriwal, Satyendra Jain or Raghav Chaddha. Are not ready He said that the Kejriwal government had promised to provide tap water to every house, but till now one-fourth of Delhi has not even visited the drinking water pipeline.
Adesh Gupta said, “Out of an estimated 18,00 unauthorized colonies in Delhi, only 561 colonies have sewerage plants and their condition is also pathetic. It is written in the Delhi government’s own report. As much as in 2015 Water used to be potable, even today, after 6 years, the situation is the same, it has not increased even by 5 percent. That means the population of Delhi has increased in the last 6 years, but the way the water board works remains intact. Kejriwal claims that the Delhiites will be bathed in the Yamuna, but the Yamuna has become more poisonous than before. ”
Leader of Opposition Ramveer Singh Bidhuri said, “To investigate the water scams, Chief Minister Aravind Kejriwal convenes a two-day session of the Delhi Legislative Assembly and discuss the scams of the Delhi Jal Board, because the allegations leveled against him with facts So, let the people of Delhi make it clear that in what items the money has been put in the scam of 26,000 crores. ”
He said that if Kejriwal’s intention is clear, then he should have no objection to giving an account of these money.
