Bareilly. The court rejected the anticipatory bail application of Nida Khan, who threatened to make minced meat into small pieces through Facebook. Nida Khan, president of Ala Hazrat Helping Society, wrote a report of threatening at the station Baradari. According to Nida Khan, on her Facebook ID, the town’s royal resident Shoaib threatened to mince her. The victim said that ever since she has raised her voice against the contractors of religion and campaigned against the triple talaq. Since then, she has come under attack from hardliners.
Fundamentalists are threatening to kill him. This was the reason Shoaib, the royal resident, threatened to cut the victim into small pieces and make minced meat. ADGC Crime Sachin Jaiswal said that the case was registered under the IT Act along with other sections of the IPC. The police filed a chargesheet in the case on 24 October. Opposing the anticipatory bail application, the government lawyer said that if the accused gets anticipatory bail then he will misuse his openness and then will not return to the court during the trial. Additional Sessions Judge-I Sunil Kumar Verma has rejected the bail application of the accused Shoaib. When the government enacted a triple talaq law, Nida Khan supported it. One reason is that he is also in support of the triple talaq targeted by extremists.
