Excise department official Subodh Kumar Srivastava said that last year, in two days, liquor worth about 14.82 crores was sold in Noida, which has increased to about 16 crores this year. On the first day, 31 December 20124, liquor worth 14 crores was sold. On the other hand, on January 1, liquor worth more than 2 crores was sold. This year, more liquor has been sold than last year.
Parties were held at 172 places after taking permission
This year, people celebrating the new year drank a lot in clubs, pubs, bars and homes. It is being told that there was a lot of alcohol consumption in big hotels, bars and parties.
