A video of this incident is also going viral on social media. Taking cognizance of the viral video, Jhansi Police has registered a named case against four accused.
The police is searching for the accused. This incident is being told of Wednesday afternoon, two days ago in Sipri Bazaar police station area of Jhansi. In the statement given to the police, the victim told that he was going to the fields from his house for some work. During this time, the bullies caught him and asked him to pick up the cow dung of buffaloes. Not only this, the accused were also asking him to work in their fields.
Named case against the accused
When he refused, the accused brutally beat him up and hung him upside down from a tree. After this, the accused said that if he wants to stay in the village, he will have to work, otherwise he will have to vacate the village. The accused have been identified as Vijay, Nakul, Shatrughan and Kalu, residents of Takori village. According to the victim, even after this, when he did not surrender before the accused, the accused called a barber and shaved him bald and tied his hands and feet and dragged him around the village.

After the video went viral, the victim has given a written complaint against the accused in Sipri Bazar police station. On the basis of this complaint, the police have registered a case and started investigating the matter. It is clearly visible in the viral video that how the accused are beating the youth and then forcibly holding him and shaving his hair. The surprising thing is that during this time many people of the village are also present, but no one is trying to stop the accused.
