Barabanki The women of Chanpurwa village in Barabanki will no longer sell ‘poison’, but will now distribute honey. The village is one of 12 settlements 60 km away in central Uttar Pradesh of Ramnagar police station in Barabanki district. It was notorious for the production and sale of ‘illicit liquor’, which has destroyed many families and ended the lives of many.
At the same time most women are involved in this work, who are obliged to produce illegal liquor to run their kitchen, because they have no means of livelihood. However, this ‘poison’ produced by these women also killed her husband. At the same time, the police keep raiding and arrest women for crime.

They will produce honey and earn Rs 5,000-6,000, which is more than the litter business. We have given it Started as a pilot project earlier this month. After two weeks, we will distribute honey producing boxes to all the women of the village. These women will be trained in honey production by experts from Lucknow. I am sure that Will help control social malaise. ”
