Lucknow . Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, expressing satisfaction over more than 1 lakh 48 thousand tests of Kovid-19 in a day, has instructed to increase testing capacity to 1 lakh 50 thousand tests per day soon. He said that testing has an important role in controlling infection of Kovid-19. Therefore, efforts should be continued to increase this work.
The Chief Minister was reviewing the unlock system at a high level meeting convened at his government residence here. He directed that all District Magistrates and Chief Medical Officers should meet regularly twice a day to provide more medical facilities to the affected people. Morning meeting should be held in Kovid Hospital and evening meeting in Integrated Command and Control Center. He also directed to ensure social distancing and compulsory use of masks.
Emphasizing that technical staff should be trained for the smooth functioning of medical equipment, the Chief Minister said that those who operate HFNC (high flow nasal cannula) machines should be trained on priority. He said that by keeping regular communication with patients living in home isolation, information about their health should be obtained. CM helpline should also be used in this work. He also instructed to conduct contact tracing, surveillance and door-to-door survey work at full speed.
The Chief Minister said that it should be ensured that farmers get fertilizer without any problems. He has directed strict action against black marketing of manure. He said that for strengthening of the new units of MSME sector and strengthening of the pre-installed units, the loan arrangements should be ensured for maximum MSME units by coordinating with banks.
The Chief Minister directed that all the Chief Veterinary Officers should inspect the go-go places of their respective districts. He said that apart from good arrangements for fodder etc. for the cow, their health should also be tested. This work should be monitored by senior officers of Animal Husbandry Department. He also directed to ensure the system of public hearing at the Nyaya Panchayat level.
The Chief Minister said that relief works should be conducted at full speed for the affected people in flood affected areas. Ration kits should be made available to flood affected people and proper medical arrangements should also be ensured for them. He also instructed to provide prompt compensation to all the affected people by conducting a survey of the damage done to the crops due to floods. In the meeting, the Chief Minister was informed that the action plan for the deployment of village guards and the establishment of forensic labs has been prepared.
