new Delhi. Film actress Vidya Balan likes to listen to her heart instead of following the set norms. The actress says that doing something that is not natural to you can be painful and she realized it a few years ago.
Vidya told IANS in a candid interview, “I think it’s been about 10 years since I started listening and following my inner voice. I found it easy.”
When asked if he is a rebel? So Vidya said, “I don’t see myself as a rebel. I think when you act contrary to what people want, they are often called rebels. I did what I wanted to do.”
Vidya entered Bollywood in 2005 with ‘Parineeta’ after doing ‘Hum Paanch’ on the small screen. After that, he did many films that were out of the box. Be it the role of Amitabh Bachchan’s mother in ‘Paa’, or the characters played in ‘The Dirty Picture’, ‘Tumhari Sulu’ and the recently released ‘Shakuntala Devi’.
When it comes to work, Vidya likes to make her own decisions and she does not discuss her work with anyone.
She says, “I don’t even discuss my film with my team because I have to live with that character for a few months. If I do the film for some wrong reason, it will be like torture. In the past I have Have done so, I did not listen to Dil Ki while taking many films. ”
Now the actress is expecting the next film ‘Lioness’ to start soon.
