Jaipur. In Rajasthan, in the midst of a political stir over the viral audio tapes of horse trading, the Special Operation Group (SOG) has sent the entire documents including the three FIRs to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB). ACB’s team will bring Sanjay Jain, an intermediary in judicial custody, arrested on behalf of SOG team for questioning.
The ACB team will interrogate Sanjay Jain and further his investigation. An FIR was registered on behalf of ACB in the MLA-horse-trading case, which is being investigated by ASP Alok Sharma. On the basis of the FIR, the investigating officer sent notices to MLA Vishwendra Singh and MLA Bhanwar Lal Sharma. First three days notice was given. The seven-day reminder notice was again issued by the investigating officer if the ACB did not arrive. Even after the MLAs Vishvendra Singh and Bhanwar Lal Sharma did not come, the investigating officer again issued a seven-day notice. ACB will take action after scrutiny of the investigation – SOG did another chief whip in horse trading on its own behalf Mahesh Joshi Action was taken by registering two FIRs on behalf. Ashok Singh and Bharat Malani were arrested and sent to jail in an FIR registered by themselves. While Sanjay Jain, an intermediary in the FIR lodged by Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi, was arrested and sent to judicial custody. The ACB will take further action after examining the three FIRs. ACB officials say that whatever files will come to us, they will first know the full status and further legal action will be taken.
SOG will not file statement – Investigation of FIR lodged by SOG was submitted to ASP Hariprasad Somani. He arrested some people and gave notice to others for questioning. Now SOG will not interrogate the people to whom the notices were issued. Apart from this, the investigation of other FIRs was submitted to ASP Dharmendra Yadav, who was able to do a nominal inquiry on the report. Apart from this, CID CB SP Vikas Sharma was sent to Manesar for investigation, then he also issued notice to the MLA after signing his signature.
