Beijing Kovid-19 is battling the epidemic worldwide. In many countries the virus infection is increasing. During this time the spirit of global cooperation seems to be weakening. Because nations like America are insisting on keeping the interests of their country paramount.
As we know that America has already announced its separation from the World Health Organization. Efforts to control the corona virus have thus suffered a setback. Especially at a time when this epidemic is spreading rapidly in small and poor countries.
However, some international organizations have been advocating a concerted effort by the world to tackle this dangerous epidemic. Be it the United Nations or the International Monetary Fund, these organizations feel the need for global cooperation. Because the representatives of these organizations are well aware of how horrific the corona virus infection has caused in the world. Because the virus does not recognize the border of a country. For this to end, all nations need to unite and cooperate.
In this context, IMF Director General Cristalina Jarjiva has also appealed to the entire world community to cooperate in various fields. They believe that this will not only control the crisis of the Kovid-19 epidemic in the shortest possible time, but it is also necessary for global revival.
The importance of this appeal of the IMF can be understood, because today the virus has caused a great panic in the whole world. This has had a direct impact on people’s routine as well as business and economy. In view of this, the international community needs special attention in the areas of health, education etc. For this, there is also a need to increase investment in these areas, so that the crisis that has arisen due to the virus can be reduced to some extent.
Due to Kovid-19, the world is facing many challenges. A recent IMF report also shows this. Which said that this year the global production will be reduced by 4.9 percent. Along with this, the situation of poverty and inequality is going to be worrisome due to economic pressure.
In view of all these concerns and challenges, all countries and major international organizations must work together to meet the biggest crisis of the century.
